Can a family share member have their own credit card set up?

My daughter is a part of my family share plan... However, she would like to use her own credit card for some purchases. Can this be set up? or is she locked into sharing my credit card on file?

It should be under her apple ID, which she has her card information in her profile, but anytime she makes a purchase or subscription it bills to my credit card.
