Sharing is not showing as an option in health app

Unable to share Health data My mother has just got iPhone 13 and I have updated to latest software but when I tried to share her health app it just says invite pending. I have been trying to solve this but have noticed in her Apple ID under sign in and security tab that under the number it says “unavailable for sharing” but I don’t know why or how to make it available? please help !

Health App sharing not working When I change the sharing settings in the Health App for what the Whoop band can read or write, the settings will automatically disable after I click on the bubble for on/off.

Apple health sharing doesn't work health sharing doesn't work. after submitting everything there is pending hanging on the screen for ages. Internet is perfect all above steps have done.

Apple SE, IOS 15.1

I also see that the Health Notifications are not appearing under Health in Notifications. This is my wife's phone. Mine works hers doesn't.
