My iPod (2G or more, not sure) seems to be frozen on iTunes picture with USB cord pointing up to it. It won't allow me to do anything. I know it's old, but it stopped working all of a sudden. Do I toss it? If I toss it, how do I retrieve my remaining funds from iTunes? I have no other Apple products on which to use them.
