Hello, please what do I do if a delivery is taking longer than the given EDD

Has the delivery slipped past the estimate you were given, or is this a rhetorical question? Apple seldom misses a date without sending a revised date by email. This time of year, most delays are because carriers are overwhelmed and/or having weather delays.
