Delivery times

I ordered a new I pad from the Apple store on July 3rd 2022. It is now 3 months later and I have not received it yet. The order stays in processing and every two days I get a message to tell me that it is delayed for another 2 days. Of course, when that day comes I get a new message. I have called Apple 2 x but their operators can see only what I can see and they guarantee that it will be delivered 2 days later. NOT!!!!! Are these waiting times normal and when can I expect my new I pad???
