Trying to get my fitness app working hoping to become a fitness+ member but when I try downloading from the App Store or finding it on my Home Screen this error pops up: “This app requires specific features not available on this device” even tho I have the newest version of the phone. Can you help me fix this issue

No I don’t. Do I need one to use that app on my phone?
As you can read, you need at least Apple Watch 3 for the fitness+ member.
