Reminders App after ios15 update

Help! I have a time sensitive reminder that I was able to “snooze” before, but now after the update it just goes away. I never saw the reminder to have my husband take his anti-rejection pills last night and I was using my phone for music. I should have seen or heard it. I just want the snooze option back. Any suggestions in the meantime?

Long-press the reminder notification to display the snooze options.
