MS Teams working with Plantronics 5200 BT Headset - keeps disconnecting

Since switching to a MAC Pro by Plantronics 5200 Bluetooth headset cuts off intermittently. I then need to shut off the headset, turn it on and it reconnects and works. Any ideas?
