I received updates and now my word and excel do not work properly
I do not know why my word, excel and power point no longer works and I use word and excel daily. I updated and am advised I need subscription. I can handle some tech stuff, but very confused about this one. My children purchased this computer less than a year ago for me and the updates are automatic. This is the first time I have been unable to work on my normal documents once completed. Thanks for any help or information.
