I need to redeem code for no time to die but i cant because the itunes.com/redeem doesnt take ro right screen because dont have apple phone

I contacted Apple support. They basically said that you can either use a computer with iTunes or sign up for appletv. So, essentially, if we don't use their product then we can't access the digital copy of this movie that we own. I didn't exactly need another excuse to dislike apple as a company, but it's nice to know they continue to find new ones!

I know it is frustrating, i bought the 37 dollar steel book. So you do not have to buy apple tv, you just need to sign in as your apple id and it will still show your purchased movies. Redeeming is a nightmare. Because of this, not the first time. All members in my house are losing their Macs iphone and ipads. This week or next all will be turned in and we will not be buying apple upgrades yearly ever again. Also the companies that do this, the distributions, to which i am still investigating determining factors, i will stop buying from. I own an MSP (IT company), all apple products are no longer supported under contract as of March 1st 2022. Letters have been sent out to all 98 employees as well, no apple products are allowed in our buildings as of 3-1-2022. i will be looking into a corporate partnering to give benefits to employees who sign up with a provider through us if they go with android. This is how mad i am. I will lose a bit of profit to make a point. Apple is gonna learn, they are crap and we are sick of it. Edit they edited out the word that is what you do on a with a straw. crazy!!!

This answer is insufficient. I have the same issue and I have an android phone that will not redeem the movie and an outdated Mac whose version of iTunes will not let me redeem the movie. I just want to redeem it so I can watch it on Vudu, since I have both accounts synced. When I enter the code it gives me the following error: "On this version of macOS, this video may play at a maximum resolution of 720p. To view this video in a higher resolution, please watch on another supported device." I just want to watch the 4k version of the film on my tv through the Vudu app. I am very disappointed that Universal decided to give Apple the exclusive rights to their redemption code. This is infuriating!

This does not work. I was taken to the music app, where there was no option to redeem a movie, only an offer for a free music subscription.
