Why my Apple ID it’s saying disable

Please kindly help me out fixing my Apple id saying it’s disable. I can’t use my what’s app cos I need to get it upgraded.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.   *
