Macbook Pro 16 M1 Max - Black screen using usb-c for external monitor

I'm having a weird issue on a MBP M1 Max, not exactly a flickering, but when I use my USB-C -> Displayport cable on the thunderbolt right bellow the magsafe, I just get a black screen, System > Displays shows my monitor but no image is displayed. Sometimes my monitor turns on and off again, like if it was trying to receive signal but it did not receive nothing.

If I change to the second left thunderbolt port it works with no problem, same with the right thunderbolt port and same with HDMI, no problem at all.

To be clear, all thunderbolt ports are working for charging and for external devices (external ssd, etc), it's just for the external monitor that I'm having this issue with the first thunderbolt port from the left side.

Is anyone facing this issue? Could be a hardware or is just a software problem?
