When I am watching a show on my Mac it randomly loses sound. Sometimes I can pause and wait a few seconds and it comes back but sometimes that doesn’t work either. I’ve tried restarting and watching on different browsers. Very frustrating

How is the sound output device?
If not the MacBook Air's internal speakers, how is it connect to the Mac?
its just the internal speakers on my Mac. Ive gone to system preferences and sound and all settings are correct. I am not sure what else I can adjust
I tried this. I thought it had worked but it just did the no sound issue again. I took it out of safe mode by rebooting and it immediately happened again. Thank you for suggestions
