Use PayPal for This:

Not your bank account number. And if it is pending, then you'll have to wait it out. In the mean time, try using PayPal, and associating that to your Bank Account.

You may add the money to the Apple ID --> Add money to your Apple ID balance

Have you a Debit/Credit card that is issued to you that is valid internationally and is from the same Country / Region as your Apple ID.
