Update payment method issue
Can I add a routing number and checking account number if I haven’t received my bank card yet

Refer to the support article Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
What payment methods you can use depends upon your country but I am not remembering seeing any where you can use a direct bank deduction except in the form of a debit card.
