I accidentally put the wrong date to verify my ID and it asked me for a drivers license now I can’t even click the verify identity tab it’s grey

For assistance with you Apple Account, contact Apple Support and have them modifying this from their side. If you need to prove this is you, screenshare your iPhone's screen, so the Apple Rep can see this from your perspective.
