Ever since the new iOS 15 update, my phone will not send or receive MMS messages. I have done a full factory reset and it did not resolve the issue. Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone have a fix?

There was no carrier update but I was able to resolve it. I had reset my network connection previously. I learned that you have to disable airplane mode, bluetooth, and wifi when you reset the network connection.

Check for a carrier update in Settings, General, About,
or contact your network provider.
