How can I request a refund?

I have canceled and request a refund for the Fitbit Premium annual membership starting 21 Dec 2021. This was an unintentional transition from a trial period. Fitbit supports the cancelation, but told me only Apple can refund. Please assist. Regards, Ken E.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
