vaccination record
Covid Vaccine QR code for my second child will not save to health app and says it's duplicate data. I'm assuming it is because both children had the same vaccine on the same dates. Please help

Hi mmoye16,
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Wondering if you have gone the extra step to obtain "Verifiable" records for each child.
Apple Support have an article online, to help with obtaining verification.
"Download verifiable COVID-19 vaccination and test result records on iPhone":
(Use a QR code or a link to obtain a verifiable COVID-19 vaccination or test result record)
https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/iphone/iphc30019594/15.0/ios/15.0
And
Here's info about adding / using a verified card, if you wish:
Use COVID-19 vaccination cards in Wallet on iPhone
Says:
If you add a verifiable COVID-19 vaccination record in the Health app , you can quickly present the vaccination card in the Wallet app
https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/iphone/iph7f2865325/ios
Hope this helps you :-)

I don't believe this answers the original question. I can add multiple vaccine "verifiable" records for my family unless the kids were vaccinated the same day. Apple then says "Vaccination Already Added" whether I try adding it directly from the State's healthcare site or taking a photo of the QR code. The QR codes are clearly unique, as is the patient info.
Hi T_Ver,
Thank you for adding your comments to the discussion.
Wondering if you used the original Healthcare provider's QR code
or
used that Healthcare provider's QR code, or link,
to take the step of obtaining a verifiable COVID-19 vaccination or test result record,
or
took the extra step of obtaining a verifiable Health Care card with QR code.
(The details of the process are in the original links, if needed.)
All the best :-)
Just spoke to Apple support and they said that the original purpose was for one person’s vaccination to be uploaded. This was before children were able to be vaccinated. They know of the issue and hopefully it will be corrected in a future iOS update.
Thank you for the info. mmoye16.
Good to know.
All the best !
makes sense mmoye16. Glad to know apple is aware of the problem.
