I tried to cancel my subscription from any device but there is no "cancel" button
that's what I found in iTunes Desktop app (in manage also no cancel button)
major thing why I want to cancel subscription is to change my billing region what I can't do with active subscriptions
The Apple Music subscription you show has Expired already so it should not be preventing the Region Change anymore.
Any other subscription you may have which has not yet Expired may be the culprit, but it's not this subscription.
Yes. The iCloud storage must be cancelled before changing regions.
When you cancel it, anything over 5GB will be deleted, so make sure you download and backup anything you want to keep from there.
No cancel button button means that subscription already canceled but I can't change region in billing address because I have active subscription
