Hi All. Sorry for bothering you. But unfortunately I can’t cancel my subscription to Apple Music. I wanted to change region in app store, I couldn’t do that because I had subscription for Apple Music. So question is: how can I cancel Apple Music subscription?

Note that wording "If you resubscribe ...". There is nothing to cancel. You have either already cancelled it or there was some special deal where the subscription automatically finished on or before 1 April.
If you had a subscription one of those options would be ticked.

There is no “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION “ button.
No button
Your subscription is listed there as "Apple Music".
Try clicking to cancel your subscription.
If you need further assistance, call 1-800-MY-APPLE.
