How do I remove stubborn website data that remains after “Clear Website Data” command?

Since you mention "Clear Website Data", it would seem that you are already performing some of the steps that jdo_apple pointed you towards.

Please provide a bit more clarity around "stubborn website data that remains". Specifically, remains where? How do you know it "remains"?

Are you saying that despite clicking on "Remove" for a specific item, or "Remove All", you cannot get a given site off the list?
