I don’t know why but battery dies without even using the phone , like i might leave my phone on 100% and sleep for like 6 hours and when i wake up it’s already 70 smth % . My phone is new i just bought it 2 months ago. 12pro max . Can y’all help ?

Using 30% overnight is not unusual especially if it is doing housekeeping tasks.
Always charge your phone all night every night. That way optimised charging (circled below) kicks in to protect your battery health. It may take 2 weeks for it to learn your sleep pattern.
