So how do I use my iCloud storage on my iPhone? I have little storage on my phone but a lot on the cloud 🌧
go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage and see if there are some recommendations.. such as using iCloud Photos.

In addition to what Chris0107 provided, if you are really are referring to iCloud Storage, if you go to Settings><yourname>iCloud>Manage Storage, it will indicate what your storage is being used for.
if you're paying for 'extra storage', that would be iCloud storage. It's not the same as iPhone storage
