sharing on apple tv

HI all I added a movie from hard drive to the Apple TV app on my Mac but it does not show on any of the other devices I have family share on, is there any thing else I have to do so all devices can see this movie thanks in advance

Sync movies on laptop with apple tv Hi i have just imported a lot of films into the TV app on my laptop. they are not showing up on my Apple TV both are signed into the same Apple ID and are on the same network. all software has been updated. Family sharing is on. must be missing something simple surely???

How can my Family share… movies on my Apple TV? Is it possible for my “Family Share” Family to view the movies I’ve purchased on Apple TV? If so what are the steps?

Note that Home Sharing content appears on the Apple TV box in the Computers app, not the TV app.
