Lost original Apple charger to iPhone 11, been using an alternative charger, takes phone longer to charge. Is this normal using alternative charger other than original. What can I do? Phone only charges if it’s completely dead

I was unable to locate it on the internet. More than likely, that charger is the culprit. Get another charger that is either made by Apple or approved by Apple. Everything should return to normal after that.

The alternate charger that you may be using is probably a 5W charger or lower. This will charge your iPhone very slow or won’t charge at all. Difficult to guess what you may be using without getting some details on this alternate charger that you are using.

The alternative charger I have says wireless sear BL1490, bought in Walmart or Family Dollar store
