few days ago a friend sent me music files in iMessage and now when I go in my iMessage to open the files it shows as this I thought it was cause my phone wasn’t updated so I just updated it and restarted it aftwards and it still shows as is, how do I fix this?
i clicked the link and it didn’t help at all with my problem, and no i don’t see any error when i try to open the files

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're havign an issue opening audio files in the Messages app. you've done excellent steps so far updating and restarting. Have you tried the steps in this link to Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to open the file instead of Messages? Are you seeing an error when you try to open the file?
