Anyone know why my iCloud storage says I’m out of space?

I purchase 200 GB and have only used 140GB.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

This doesn’t help. I’ve already read it. I have 200GB of storage and only used 132GB. Still cannot get any of my new data to store in the cloud and continually get the message I’m out of storage…please purchase more.
