This means that the apps are being installed. Make sure your iPhone has access to a strong, stable Internet connection in order to finish the downloads successfully.
Alternatively, you can tap and hold the apps, remove them and then install them again. What also helps is pausing some of them until fewer apps are being installed at one time.
