Every time I try to login to my apple account it says, someone was trying to login to an apple device using your id.
Every time I try to login to my apple account it says with a pop-up window, someone was trying to login to an apple device using your id and gives allow or Don't allow option. I choose "Don't Allow" and after that it prompts for two factor authentication code in the screen but I don't receive any passcode to my registered email-id. Then I request "resend" OTP again, I still don't receive anything. Then I request again to resend OTP through SMS to my mobile no, this time OTP comes and then I login. I want to know to where OTP's were sent in the first time ??? Also, who is trying to login using my id ?? Why I get this message pop ups ??? This is happening since last month - November. I changed my password once after noticing this. But don't want to change it again. I want apple to tell me who is trying login using my credentials and their ip and what device they are trying. I want to get to the bottom of the issue not just work around. Several other user's security might also get compromised if there is a security lapse. I open a support case regarding this but the support guys cut the call in the middle and never called me back. I am attaching screenshots also.
