apple id

My id is ok on laptop but Ipad shuts me out?

iPad, iOS 5

Each time you try to sign in, you get a different code, so the code that worked for the laptop won't work for the phone.


Enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123 (no spaces).


See if anything here helps. 


iPhone - If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad


iPhone – Won’t activate.        


iPhone/iPad - No Service or Searching.  


iPhone - If you can't make or receive calls

It asks for a 2 person authentication. i get a.... need apple ID passcode and it's suppose to be the same as my laptop and phone but apparently not. I bought a new sim from verizon and put it in but it still shows no sim. God love me, I just can't get it or the RK. I get a msg sent to my phone to type in these temporary numbers after my password but nope! It won't work. Merry Christmas to you and this circle of helpers out there!
