How can I stop my phone from vibrating with my wake up alarm?

Help. I want to make sure my wake up alarm only goes on off on my watch. Currently I have set up an alarm on my phone only and deleted the sleep profile as well (as recommended for this use case). When the alarm goes off, my phone vibrates as well even though I have nothing set up on my phone.

I do tend to fall asleep with airpods in listening to meditation or sleep music on a timer -- not sure if this is complicating the issue

We understand that you don't want your iPhone to vibrate when the alarm goes off, so we'd like to see how we can help. Double check all of your alarms to make sure None is selected for Vibration. You can do this by going the to Clock app > Alarm tab > Edit, then select an alarm and tap Sound. At the very top you'll see Vibration. If it doesn't say None next to it, tap it and select None from the bottom of the list. Be sure to do this for all of the active alarms you have set.
