How to report a bug in a native iPadOS app?

I went to https://www.apple.com/feedback/ to report a bug in the CONTACTS app that has shown up since updating to ios15.2 but it seems apple only wants feedback from developers or beta users. How do other users report bugs in ios native apps if they aren't shown on the feedback page?

Try using this link. You can select Bug Report from the drop down menu.

The built in Contacts app is part of the iOS, so just use the iOS category. FWIW, the link to feedback shows plenty of fields to enter your concern; you only pick the iOS at the end, so you can use it without a problem.
