Reporting bug iPhone ios 16.1.2

I updated to 16 and have so many issues, including not being able to use the phone for regular old phone calls.

I found a link to an Apple page that's supposedly to report bugs, but it's long, convoluted, and doesn't make sense - at least to me. Isn't there a way to report a bug that doesn't require a tech degree?

Any help would be appreciated.
