recently my ipad had been really glitchy whenever i’m trying to post a video on tiktok it never works it all ways brings me to setting to turn on my camera and my camera doesn’t work than randomly the app got deleted and my really important drafts got deleted?

iPad 9th generation - Photos failure I have purchased Apple iPad 9th generation on December 2022 on Apple.com. The gadgets on the iPad have been flickering for the past month and the Photos app could not be opened nor could the screen be recorded as it shows the error "Screen recording cannot be saved due to Photos failure". I also could not stay signed-in in apple.com in my iPad as it gets logged out within seconds. Kindly provide the solution.
