airpods 3 buzzing sound

yesterday, I bought a brand new airpods 3 in the official store and I constantly hear the buzzing sound from the right bud. It doesn't disappear when playing the sound, and continues while I'm not listening to anything but just putting on my ear. Tried several solutions including resetting, but doesn't solved. I see there are a lot of people who are suffering from the same problem. Is there anything Apple can do to solve it?
