Text messaging
i just got the iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I text none iPhone people in my contacts, I get this message: Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active.
How do I fix this?

That free message is sent to you by your carrier. The settings at your carrier’s end is blocking SMS messages (Green Bubble). This is the reason non-iphone users are not inaccessible to you through SMS messages. Contact your carrier and inquire about the free message text that you have been receiving.
