What settings do i need to check on my phone to allow messages from a contact that is not listed on the block list. The sender receives " unable to receive message-message blocking is active " when sending me text messages.
That has nothing to do with you. If you have blocked someone, they receive no notification whatsoever. Is this a person with an iPhone or an Android device. If Android, check with your carrier. They handle SMS, but it would seem that your carrier may have some type of block setup on your device for SMS.
