Why is it that when I have driving turned on my phone never rings, ever? Every call goes straight to voicemail. Started when I upgraded to iOS15.

It appears that the Driving Focus Mode is active on your iPhone and is activated as soon as your iPhone detects that you are moving in a car.

Open Settings ➔ Focus ➔ Driving: Set this to OFF.

Open Settings ➔ Focus ➔ Driving ➔ While Driving: Here, if you have it set to Automatically, then your iPhone will set it ON and OFF automatically when it detects that you may be driving. For this to work Automatically, you cannot have it set to Manually.

Furthermore, Open Settings ➔ Focus ➔ Driving: Here, if you are setting Driving to ON and OFF manually then the feature activates and deactivates when you toggle the switch ON and OFF.
