I want to cancel a family subscription however it’s in a device that I lost and I am now unable to

It appears I had two subscriptions (individual and family sharing). I might have created the individual when I replaced lost my iPhone. I managed to cancel the one subscription however, I am left with one more which I can not access. One of the members under it is Olwethu and she can’t make amendments either, see the image

The subscription is managed by the person who subscribed to it, not by the person making the payments.

The subscription has to be managed when logged in with the account that subscribed to the item. it is not "on" any device in particular, it is associated with an Apple ID.

Note:

• "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." An "Expires" date (instead of "Renews") means the current subscription will just run until then. "Resubscribe" is just in case you change your mind about having it end.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the very bottom of the support document.
