Apple Books App and Files and Folders app mixing up into

My Apple Books App keeps holding and displaying private and personal files and pictures stored in Files and Folders App. They were never transferred to save as a PDF. Nor are they identified as PDF’s. You can imagine this is quite distressing .

I don’t believe I’m exposing any personal information other than personal photos. Those photos are what pops up when I attempt to do business around town. No one can seem to figure out what’s going on. Any help out there for this?. This isn’t right. I deserve all my working services. Period
