Guided Access app unavailable
I have just opened my brand new iphone13 box - on the screen it says “Guided Access app unavailable please contact your administrator”. The screen is frozen and no interaction is possible.
- I.e. I have not been ablel to log in on the phone with my Apple-ID or connect to wifi/mobile network
- I have made a forced restart /hard power shut down - no changes at all
- I have tried to connect to ITunes via PC but impossible to connect phone to PC
