Guided Access app unavailable

I have just opened my brand new iphone13 box - on the screen it says “Guided Access app unavailable please contact your administrator”. The screen is frozen and no interaction is possible.

  • I.e. I have not been ablel to log in on the phone with my Apple-ID or connect to wifi/mobile network
  • I have made a forced restart /hard power shut down - no changes at all
  • I have tried to connect to ITunes via PC but impossible to connect phone to PC


How do I get my new IPhone 13 mini to work?

Firstly, Guided Access is not an app it is a feature.


It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words. 


Please understand this is a public forum: While attaching a Screenshot, do not provide any personal credentials, such as Card detail, email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable, etc.
