Hi,

Try startup in Safe mode, then normal boot could solve your issue.

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports Bluetooth related error(NDL001).

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
