If you already tried (to no avail) ALL the steps provided in these support articles:

Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

and/or:--> Move content manually from your Android device to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch , I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Get Support
