App won’t load

Downloaded an app yesterday and went through sign up process. Now all I get is the main start screen of the app, nothing will load. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, deleted from iCloud and reinstalled, nothing I can find online is working. Help?!
