Safari on iPad won’t work, I somehow have a puzzle piece in search bar
I’ve tried to do whatever it is with the extensions but it tries to get to the App Store but it won’t open. Nothing is working

Tried that and there was one extension for Rakuten??? I clicked on the button to turn it off but still no go and that danged puzzle piece is still therr

Hi Sheilataylor,
Don't go into Safari. Instead, go into Settings > Safari > Extensions and see what is there. The "puzzle piece" is typically the icon for extensions, so your inclination that an extension is your problem is likely correct.
From the Safari Settings you should be able to get rid of any extensions, and hopefully resolve the issue.

"I clicked on the button to turn it off" - I would delete it. Then, turn off your iPad and reboot it. Make sure it is really gone.
