I'm wondering whether can I use my M1 iPad Pro while charging to the magic keyboard?
Currently by doing that makes iPad little bit warm compared to normal use.
I’m just afraid it can harm the iPad battery.

Yes of course you can. I use my iPad Pro 12.9in (5th Generation) and Magic Keyboard in this fashion ALL the time. iPad will get warm depending on which app I am using and what I am doing on the iPad. Your iPad will manage the flow of charge as needed. If you iPad does get hot then it will automatically shut down before any harm takes place (This has NEVER happened to me). In the end, if your iPad gets warm then it is completely fine and a normal behavior. You only need to worry if your iPad gets too hot to touch. Enjoy your iPad Pro and your Magic Keyboard.
