Family sharing purchase procedure
When a family member, who is not the Family Organizer, makes an app purchase, with Purchase Sharing enabled, is that family member required to provide their Apple ID Password?
I believe so, since you are the one actually making the purchase, the organizer is only paying for it, and that only if you don't have enough personal balance to cover the cost.
