How to remove Large safari windows along the bottom of screen

"I want to stop these from popping up for good" - Understood. That is exactly what the instructions in my response will allow you to do.

The "annoying pages", as you put it, are previously opened browser tabs that you failed to close when done looking at them. In order to get rid of them, you have to close them out, as I described.

Click on one of the tabs, to bring it full screen. Then, click the tabs icon to show open tabs. Click on the "X" to close out that tab. Do this for each one in turn.
